Rental Fee Rates...
The rental Fee is due 45 days prior to arrival. If the payment is not received OR if your reservation is canceled within 60 days of your reservation, the deposit will be forfeited. If a replacement group is found, your deposit may be applied to a future date.
In all cases, additional governmental taxes will be applied to each rate.
Weekend Accommodations--Two night reservation required on weekends
**Rental Rates for weekend lodging (Fri-Sat night) :
Groups of 10 or less will pay a rate of $1300 plus tax for a Fri-Sun stay
Add $130 plus tax per weekend for each person over 10...maximum 14
*Rental Rates for adding an extra day to the weekend (Thurs. Check In or Mon. Check Out) is available for only $350 plus tax. Add $35 plus tax for each guest over 10-max. 14
*SPECIAL--When the weekend rate and extra day ($1300 + $350) plus tax has been paid 45 days prior to arrival your group can add additional days for $150 plus tax per day.
*If an individual with-in a group of 10 or less must cancel at the last minute, it is their responsibility to find a replacement for themselves. No refunds will be given. However, a refund of $100 will be given to an individual who cancels in a group of 11 or more.
*When the group size is 8 or less, the lower level bedroom is not available.
*When the group size is 12 or less, the rose room is unavailable.
*The rate for one day that does not require overnight accommodations is $40 per person, per day plus tax. Check in 9:00 am-check out 9pm (some flexibility with time)
Check In/Out
Friday 12:00 PM check-in thru Sunday 12:00 PM check-out.
Sunday thru Thursday check in is 4:00 PM & Monday-Thursday check-out is 10:00 AM. There is some flexibility with check-in/out times---must prearrange prior to arrival.
We will do our best to establish arrangements to accommodate your event.
Prices are subject to change until you have secured your reservation.
*All payments due Cameorose Country Retreat must be in the form of check or money order. Credit Cards are not accepted.
POLICIES & PROCEDURES...
*During your stay All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and liability waiver of which the policies and procedures are to be agreed upon by all parties that are guests of the Cameorose Country Retreat.
*To reserve your dates a $300 reservation/damage deposit is required. This does two things: it reserves your spot and upon arrival serves as the damage deposit. It will be refunded in a timely manner after departure provided there is no damage or missing items.
(The reservation deposit is a separate payment and is NOT considered part of the rental fee)
